Director of Laboratory Services

Currently seeking a Director of Laboratory Services in the southwestern area of Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital setting.
The responsibilities of the Director of Laboratory Services:
The Director of Laboratory Services plans, organizes, develops, directs, manages, coordinates, and evaluates the overall operation of the Southwest Health Laboratory Department on a 24-hour basis in accordance with current federal, State, local, and (The Joint Commission) TJC standards.
Fulfills responsibilities of a Medical Technologist within the department as necessary.
Requirements of the Director of Laboratory Services:
oBachelor's degree required in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science or Medical Technology, Master's degree preferred.
oMinimum of three years of experience in the management of clinical laboratory of an acute care hospital.
oMust have experience with regulatory and accreditation of laboratory operations required, preferably CLIA or Joint Commission.
oASCP Clinical Laboratory Technician or Technologist Certification required.
oCertification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
oProficiency with Laboratory Information System, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel as well as ability to access, navigate and conduct research using the Internet.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
