Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the southwestern area of Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital setting.
The responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant:
The APNP/PA will provide high quality, compassionate and comprehensive health care to clinic patients, in a timely and professional manner, utilizing current and recommended, primary care practices.
Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Successful completion of an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse practitioner (ARNP) program or Physician Assistant program.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Wisconsin Must fulfill licensure requirements of the State of Wisconsin of Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber and obtain (or eligibility for) a current and valid Drug Enforcement Administration number for prescription purposes.
3 years of professional nursing experience required Current certification in BLS, ACLS and PALS required NCCPA certified.
DEA certification required upon completion of the credentialing process.
Current certification in BLS This job is a full time permanent position.
Must be a US citizen, permanent resident or green card holder.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
